TERMS AND CONDITIONS For all IATA travel agent transient bookings made direct or through a wholesaler. Does not apply to bookings made at discounted, corporate, special web or group rates. Booking and redemption blackout dates apply during Holiday Season (December 23th, 2023 – January 2nd, 2024). Forms must be submitted within 12 months after the guest has completed their stay. The reward is subject to availability, category based on best available at time of check-in, and specific black-out dates. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Validity is for one year from date of issue and original hard copy is required upon check-in. Please call Sales Office for availability and redemption certificate. To book with our Reservations Office, please advise the agent of your certificate number. Reservations can be confirmed no earlier than 45 days in advance of dates of stay. The Kahala Hotel & Resort reserves the right to change at any time the terms and conditions without prior notice. Breakfast and Parking not included.
