This bowl has been perfected over a decade in Okinawa.
Chef Eibun Nakamura is bringing his specialty soba to the oceanfront terrace at Plumeria Beach House. For a limited four-day pop-up, chef Eibun is teaming up with Sun Noodle to service innovative Okinawa soba, blending traditional roots with contemporary styles.
Soba is available à la carte for lunch every day from August 13–16 (11:30am–2:00pm). For dinner, enjoy soba à la carte on August 13 and 16, or as part of the Seafood Buffet on August 14–15 (5:00–8:30pm).
À la carte seating is sold out. The Seafood Buffet on August 14–15 remains available for reservations.
