The freshwater swimming pool and whirlpool hot tub overlook the ocean and are bordered by the 26,000-square-foot Dolphin Lagoon and man-made tide pools with a variety of marine life. The pool and beach staff can coordinate your snorkeling, surfing, canoeing, fishing, and stand-up paddle boarding activities. Deck chairs, sun toiletries, and towel service are located at the Pool Center. Complimentary cold treats are served in the afternoons.

Personal Trainers at the CHI Health Energy fitness center will customize a complete fitness program in consultation with your home fitness counselor or you can try one of the Pilates, stand-up paddle board yoga, hula aerobics, or The Kahala Beach Workout classes during your stay. The fitness center offers cutting-edge cardiovascular and resistance machines by Life Fitness along with an integrated cable TV system with multiple language selections.
